In 2024, I took over the responsibility for the En Dag podcast with a clear goal: to drive growth and make it more commercially attractive for a potential sale.

I developed and implemented a growth strategy focused on increasing unique listeners and expanding reach. This strategy included platform promotions, guest engagement, advisory, and article collaborations, with full execution responsibility.

Based on listener data and retention rates, I redesigned the release format—splitting each episode into two parts, effectively doubling the release frequency. I also created two new subformats—En Dag and Efterlivet—each with distinct thematic focuses and unique soundscapes.

Additionally, I fine-tuned episode structure, ensuring that scripts were tightly formatted and tailored to meet the demands of the growing listener base.
